Mike is the founding member of Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC. Previously Mike represented a well respected regional insurance agency in Northern Colorado. During Mike's tenure with this agency he was successful building relationships with clients and insurance carriers that ultimately provided him the opportunity to be the holder of many sales records within the agency, to be offered and accepting partnership in the agency and recipient of several insurance company awards including producer of the year.
Mike was raised in Longmont, Colorado and received his
bachelors of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and
further went to receive his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
designation in October 1998 from the National Alliance for Insurance
Education and Research. Mike has been involved in numerous
community and professional organizations including his current
position on the Colorado Health Care Association Board of Directors.

Donna brings several years of experience in insurance to the Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado team. She has gained a variety of experience and expertise with a background in all aspects of the insurance industry. Her dedication and knowledge is so appreciated by all that work with her. Donna has been very successful in building relationships with insurance carriers, which best serves, our clients and customers that she works with every day.
Donna was raised in Denver, Colorado and received her Bachelors of Arts
degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Donna and her
husband reside in Greeley, Colorado.

Pat started with Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC in June 2005. He is a Certified Safety Professional, and has been in the insurance loss control field since 1986. Not only does he bring experience on the insurance agency side, he brings a depth of knowledge of insurance companies being previously with Safeco and The Hartford. As well as his professional designations, he is a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Pat has provided consultative services to companies in a wide variety of industries including health care, manufacturing, construction, service and retail. His technical expertise, coupled with his ability to listen and understand customer needs, allows us to provide this valuable service and resource to clients.
Pat lives with his wife and three children in Fort Collins,
Colorado.

Karole joined the Rich & Cartmill team within a couple of weeks of opening. She comes to the insurance industry with a commitment to learning and has achieved great success since joining up with our efforts. She has lived in Germany and in many states in this country and she brings a great sense of spirit to our team. She is a great asset and is committed and dedicated to Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado and to the clients and customers she works with every day.
Karole recently re-located to Windsor to enjoy the
High School years with her son.

Josh is a very dedicated member of the Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC team. Josh returns to the insurance industry with previous experience on the operational side of a large insurance company in both Auto Claims and Life Underwriting. Josh completed his degree in Marketing in 1998 from the University of New Mexico and most recently has dedicated his efforts in building an advertising business. Josh brings a great perspective to his clients by understanding the many 'hats' that business owners wear, and having the knowledge of insurance to help them protect their business.
Josh lives in Greeley, Colorado with his wife and their
two girls.

Valerie, also a part of Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC, from the beginning, brings a background in many areas. After attending college, she pursued a career with Covey Leadership Center, the training organization developed to provide support for the principles outlined in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People book by Stephen Covey.
She has owned and operated her own
business and has been actively involved in volunteering throughout
the community. Valerie, Mike, and their two children currently
reside in Greeley, Colorado.
